A killer allies with Chinese vampires to confront both the spirit of a deceased gambling lord’s wife and the lord’s surviving brother. The film is assembled from existing footage taken from the Taiwanese movie The Stunning Gambling, blended with newly shot scenes, creating a patchwork narrative.
