The film follows cocky, meticulous city‑dweller author Eric (Sean Nelson) and his former best friend, the stoic journalist‑woodcutter Dylan (Basil Harris). After Dylan grows tired of Eric’s self‑centered behavior, he abandons him and retreats to a log cabin in the Eastern Washington woods.
