A deadly virus has turned most of humanity into hostile mutants. An ambulance carries four occupants—Sonia, her pregnant partner Marco, and two police officers—who flee toward the rumored safe‑zone research base NOAH, said to be infection‑free and working on a cure. After a hit‑and‑run, Sonia and Marco hide in an abandoned building; Sonia appears immune while Marco begins to transform. Determined to save him and her unborn child, she battles infected hordes, violent marauders, and the looming threat of the virus‑born father.
