Brad and Gregor, two medical students, are drowning in debt to Mr. Rogers. Professor Lawrence warns they risk expulsion if they don't improve their exam results.

The pair sneak into Prof. Lawrence's office and overhear his talk with Dr. Browning about using organs for transplant operations. They realize there is a profitable but illegal opportunity.

Brad and Gregor watch a man fall to his death and use the distraction to surgically remove his kidney, which they sell to Dr. Browning. They celebrate with a lavish meal funded by the profits.

Two paramedics who take custody of the dead body discover that the right kidney is missing, signaling something illegal has happened. They begin to suspect organ trafficking.

Following the initial success, the pair target a drunk at a club and steal his kidney, selling it to Dr. Browning who quietly reports the purchase to his own network. This heightens competition in the organ trade.

Brad and Gregor mug another man to steal his kidney, but the act is witnessed by the same pursuing paramedics. The police are puzzled by the lack of wallet or car theft.

With newfound wealth, the duo pays for call girls. Brad intends to see Veronica, only to discover she is his classmate Sophie, using sex work to pay her tuition.

They decide to steal the landlord's kidney and, while browsing his medical file on the hospital computer, are spotted by nurse Armstrong. They knock out the landlord and steal his kidney.

After handing over the third kidney to Dr. Browning, it is revealed that the liver is for Browning himself, who confesses he has liver cancer. The landlord is taken to the hospital, where Armstrong recognizes his name on the system and alerts the paramedics.

Prof. Lawrence informs Brad and Gregor that they have passed the medical exam. The two celebrate that evening.

The next day at a golf course, paramedics arrive and violently confront Gregor, threatening him to stop trafficking kidneys in the future. Tensions escalate and foreshadow further trouble.

Detectives arrive at the boys' apartment asking questions about a neighbor and landlord attacked with a golf club. They leave without suspecting the organ trafficking.

Mr. Rogers visits the hospital for a routine check-up and dies of a heart attack during sex with nurse Armstrong, who then calls paramedics to take his liver. Brad and Gregor arrive first and steal the liver to save Dr. Browning's life.

The gangsters confront the thieves back at the apartment, leading to a chaotic fight as paramedics arrive. Detectives arrive and pin the landlord's death on the gangsters, ending their reign.

During college graduation, Gregor wins the golf championship while Brad wins the college medal. The ceremony marks a bittersweet close to their corrupt ascent.
