A Mossad agent finds himself in a tense competition with a CIA operative as they confront a terrorist organization planning a global attack using cell phones. The stakes are incredibly high: failure would prevent the Mossad director from participating in the traditional torch-lighting ceremony on Independence Day, a moment broadcast live for the nation. Both agencies must overcome significant challenges to thwart the imminent threat.
