The Galactic Mining Corporation suffers massive losses in their pilot training program, severely compromising their security. In a desperate move, the corporation decides to employ prisoners as replacement pilots.

Felix Stone, a skilled undercover agent, is assigned to investigate the mysterious disappearances of two mining shuttles. His investigation leads him to Moon 44, where he senses foul play is involved.
