Everyone at Sakuradamon High knows the legend of Seiji “The Mad Dog” Sawamura and his demonically powerful right hand, which makes dating impossible. After 20 rejections he jokes about finishing school with his hand as a girlfriend. The next morning his hand becomes a tiny girl, Midori Kasugano, who has loved him for three years. While Seiji tries to restore her, a misunderstanding forces them to keep the situation secret, sparking an odd partnership and giving Midori a chance to be with the boy she loves.
