In 1945 Allied forces entered Germany and liberated Nazi death camps, confronting horrors that still haunt the conscience of humanity. British and American film crews embedded with the troops documented the liberation, creating a documentary partly directed by Alfred Hitchcock. The film was first shown in full on PBS FRONTLINE in 1985.
