A shy fourteen-year-old boy, Lorenzo, finds solace in the hidden basement of his apartment building, a refuge from his difficult home life. His self-imposed isolation is unexpectedly interrupted when his sophisticated half-sister, Olivia, comes to visit. Confined within the small, enclosed space, the siblings are forced to confront their personal struggles and unspoken desires. Through their interactions, Lorenzo gains a new understanding of himself and the world around him, ultimately finding connection and a shift in perspective.
