After a small cheat backfires, Alain and Jean‑Pierre flunk their final English exam. Their parents refuse the planned Côte d’Azur holiday and send them to Ramscale, England, to improve their language skills. With many other French families doing the same, they spend more time with fellow countrymen and at beach parties than in class, and despite their efforts they never seem to win over the girls.
