During the late Ming Dynasty, the Bruneian Empire presents a mysterious creature to the nation as a diplomatic gift. Ocean, an agent of the Imperial Secret Police, is assigned to tame the beast, which appears formidable. However, he discovers the creature is gentle and kind.
