At City General Hospital, two young doctors battle for Laury Medford, whose father chairs the board. Marrying her could fast‑track the chief‑of‑staff post. As the rivalry intensifies, a senior staff member—mother of one doctor—plots to aid her son, while a mysterious outsider claims to have known the dead woman. Is Laury’s murder real or a hoax? The answer appears in the final freeze‑frame.
