In the early 2000s, brothers Tom and Rick Smith introduced the Taser to law enforcement, promoting it as a safer alternative to firearms. However, as the number of deaths associated with its use climbs above 500, the device's effectiveness as a solution to deadly force comes into question. This documentary explores the troubling reality behind the technology, presenting startling archival footage and insights from experts. It sparks a crucial debate about the use of force and police practices in contemporary society.
