In 1990s London, A&R executive Steven Stelfox, played by Nicholas Hoult, rises through the music industry with ruthless ambition and a penchant for excess. Fueled by drugs, alcohol, and a desire for personal gratification, he exploits the waning popularity of Britpop to maintain his position. As his career hangs in the balance, Stelfox’s tactics become increasingly dangerous, blurring the lines between professional drive and shocking brutality in a desperate bid for survival.
