Steve Chase is a celebrated martial arts champion who is enlisted by Kandy Kane to rescue her father, Dr. Horatio Kane, who has accidentally stumbled upon a mind-control drug during potato-based energy research. The government sweetens the deal with a multi-million payoff, eventually granting Steve the freedom to assemble a small squad of old teammates. He recruits four unlikely allies: a mystic known as the Fly, a reclusive former martial arts champion Gypsy Billy, a towering ex-wrestler Gorilla, and a lighthearted, good-natured man dubbed Hot Dog.
The mission briefings paint a troubling picture. Marduk — a once-missing billionaire who now wields power under a ruthless alias — has seized control of Ironville with a drugged army at his command. Kane’s mind-control serum can be re-administered to maintain loyalty, making Marduk’s new order appear unstoppable. The team learns that Kandy insists on joining the operation, and Steve finally agrees when she reveals she too can hold her own in a fight.
Inside Marduk’s fortress, the warlord seeks a challenger for his undefeated champion, Optimus, a powerhouse who embodies raw strength. Steve and his crew manage to infiltrate Ironville, only to be captured by Marduk’s guards and coerced into dueling members of the foe’s army. Each member of the team overcomes their assigned foe, and Steve Chase even defeats the mighty Optimus.
A dangerous twist unfolds when Marduk forces Steve to drink a new serum and orders him to eliminate his friends. The plan fails, however, because the antidote—secretly supplied by Kane—allows Steve to resist the drug’s control. He turns the tables, forcing Marduk to acknowledge the chaos he has sown and to relinquish his grip on the town. In the ensuing upheaval, Kane is saved from a lethal shot by Marduk’s top guard, and the rebellion gains the upper hand.
Desperate to escape, Marduk attempts to flee by helicopter, but Gorilla blocks one of the rotors, grounding the craft. A volley from Marduk’s guards fatally cripples the vehicle, sending it spiraling to an explosive end with Marduk aboard. The dramatic confrontation culminates with Kandy revealing a hidden truth: she was an undercover government agent all along, and the real Kandy Kane—formerly under Marduk’s control—has been reunited with her father. The elder Kane remains behind to share his antidote with those affected, while the main heroes head home, their mission accomplished and a new sense of balance restored.
