In a future where humanity colonizes countless planets, advanced technology fuels rampant crime. The Galactic Organization of Trade and Tariffs (GOTT) acts as a universal police force, and its secret ES Force—twelve youths with spectacular powers—operates in paired teams. The series follows low‑rank agents Éclair and Lumière as they take on missions, uncover corruption, and gradually reveal the darker truths hidden within GOTT.
