This film explores the complex and often contradictory relationship Australia has with kangaroos. While the kangaroo is a national symbol, proudly featured in advertising, sports, and tourism, these animals are also sometimes viewed as pests, facing shooting and commercial exploitation. The documentary examines this national paradox, delving into the reasons behind the conflicting perceptions and treatment of kangaroos across the country.
