Ixe (written X, pronounced EEKS) is an experimental film designed for four screens at once. Divided into cardinal points, it probes war, sex, religion and drugs with double exposures, overlapping images and repeated motifs. A young man injects heroin while watching TV, portraying sex as war, religion as a drug, and reflecting monsters of unconsciousness.
