Lucille Ball, Desi Arnaz, Vivian Vance, William Frawley

The movie stitches together three first‑season episodes—“The Benefit,” “Breaking the Lease,” and “The Ballet”—with newly filmed bridges that knit them into a single narrative. Because the series filmed scenes chronologically, the film presents a “show‑within‑a‑show” feel as viewers watch the cast perform the episodes live. It concludes with a curtain‑call where the cast appears and Desi Arnaz thanks the audience for their support.
