Hell Comes to Frogtown

Following a late-20th-century nuclear war, Earth becomes a post-apocalyptic wasteland. Fallout renders most humans sterile, so fertility becomes a government priority. Survivors struggle to endure the desolation as new power dynamics emerge around those who can still breed.

Sam Hell is identified by the provincial government as fertile and recruited as a human stud. A protective codpiece is strapped to his groin and secured with an electronic lock to monitor his physiosexual condition. The recruitment marks the start of a dangerous mission.
