Head Over Heels

Amanda returns home to a shocking revelation when she finds her boyfriend in bed with a lingerie model. This heartbreak leads her to decide to move out and seek solace with her friend Lisa.

Amanda answers an ad to become a roommate at a swanky apartment occupied by four fashion models. Adjusting to their glamorous lifestyle proves challenging for her, as she discovers the constant attention they receive from men.

While moving into her new home, Amanda has a humorous encounter with Jim Winston when his Great Dane knocks her down. This awkward moment sparks Amanda's interest in Jim, although she decides to keep her distance.

As Amanda settles in, she and Candi notice Jim from their apartment and begin to observe his life. Through their spying, Amanda begins to admire Jim, but remains cautious about rushing into another relationship.

Amanda is convinced by her model roommates to crash a party hosted by Jim. Although feeling out of place at first, she ultimately meets him, and they share a meaningful conversation, leading to a date.

Following a party, Amanda sees a woman in Jim's apartment and suspects foul play when she thinks Jim has murdered her. Despite calling the police, her claims are dismissed, prompting her to investigate further.

Investigation leads Amanda to follow Jim to Central Park, where she discovers he is actually coaching a little league team, not hiding a body as she suspected. This realization helps her to start trusting him.

Jim's life takes a darker turn when Strukov, a Russian mobster, enters the scene. Posing as a businessman, he delivers a painting to Amanda, hinting at trouble while hiding its bullet holes from her.

Amanda discovers that Jim is an undercover FBI agent when their lives are threatened by the mob. The body of Megan O’Brien, a fellow agent, is revealed to be staged to protect Jim's mission.

Amanda, Jim, and the models are captured by Strukov's men at a dress warehouse, where they uncover a scheme to smuggle diamonds. Quick thinking and resourcefulness lead to their escape.

They escape to a fashion show where the models are hired last minute, allowing them to blend in. Amanda is also pulled into the show but needs to be on guard as danger lurks nearby.

During the fashion show, a goon spots Amanda, leading to a quick chase. The models band together to tackle him, allowing Jim to step in and confront Strukov in a dramatic showdown.

With Strukov apprehended, Amanda learns Jim's real identity is Bob Smoot. The tension resolves, and they express their feelings openly, marking a fresh start in their relationship.

The movie concludes with Amanda and Jim sharing a kiss in his new apartment, symbolizing their deepening relationship. Jim remembers to close the drapes, hinting at lessons learned.
