The Government of Delhi grants the Janta Store to Hunny, Choocha Lali, and Pandit. The store soon falls into disrepair while the Fukras scrape by with small jobs. This marks the start of their ongoing struggle despite official aid.

Bholi Punjaban declares her bid for the Delhi Water Section and is backed by the corrupt Dhingra who owns a waterpark. To win public sympathy, she cleans a public toilet, and Choocha performs a complementary stunt that wins people over.

At a rally, Bholi pledges to eradicate the water mafia and provide free water, while Dhingra aims to control the water supply. The competition over Delhi water rights intensifies the political tension.

Seeing Choocha gain attention, Hunny, Pandit, and Lali decide to contest him in the election to counter his antics. They formally enter the race to balance the field.

Choocha reveals his plan to Bholi, who arranges for the Fukras to go to South Africa to Shinda's Diamond Mine in the Eastern Cape with Eddie and Bobby as bodyguards. They are offered money to use Deja-Chu to locate diamonds.

Shinda's niece Mombasa falls in love with Choocha during the stay, unaware that his heart is tied to Bholi. Romantic tension develops between Choocha and Mombasa.

Ten days pass without a Deja-Chu result, and Hunny realizes Bholi's plan and decides to escape from South Africa.

Choocha uses the Deja-Chu and the group digs up a diamond, but Mombasa catches them. To avoid capture, Choocha swallows the diamond after hearing Mombasa's deal, and the group escapes to an abandoned amusement park.

At the park they suffer an electric shock when Choocha grabs a live wire, leaving them severely dehydrated. Pandit and Lali revive them with water, and a bizarre fuel-like reaction occurs when Hunny's sweat and Choocha's ingested urine are exposed to flame; Pandit records the moment on video.

They return to India and Choocha participates in the election again by promising cheap fuel to everyone, winning renewed public support.

Bholi schemes a fake marriage with Bobby in Choocha's presence; Choocha reveals his new god-given gift to Bholi. Bholi marries Choocha and sends pictures of the ceremony to the Fukras; soon after Choocha is kidnapped by Dhingra's goons.

Dhingra tries to kill Choocha, but Bholi saves him by giving up Choocha's gift to Dhingra. The act triggers Dhingra's pursuit as the Fukras scramble to prove the gift's existence.

Eddie, moved to change sides, helps the Fukras by recording a video that reveals Dhingra's real plan and the Fukras' location of capture. The evidence galvanizes public outrage.

The crowd storms the water park, defeats Dhingra, and frees the Fukras. Mombasa confesses her love for Choocha, while Hunny and Pandit support the evacuation and recovery effort.

Choocha wins the election by a landslide but his marriage to Bholi is not accepted at his home. The Bangalore fuel minister invites the Fukras to Bangalore; a final twist reveals that Choocha's urine and Hunny's sweat do not turn into petrol, and a dropped diamond leads Zafar to Goa, ending with Choocha being chased.
