Follow Arturo O’Farrill, the founder of the Afro Latin Jazz Orchestra, on a journey to Veracruz, Mexico. There, he connects with the masters of son jarocho, a centuries-old folk music tradition. The collaboration culminates in the “Fandango Fronterizo” festival, a historic event held on both sides of the United States-Mexico border. This unique performance transforms the border wall, turning it from a symbol of division into a bridge that unites communities through music.
