Cousins and gang leaders Ray and Terry are inseparable, but while Ray, now in prison, falls for Clare and wants out of the criminal life, Terry is obsessed with keeping him in the crew. As the Triads grow stronger behind bars and murder a member of their own gang, the two must confront betrayal and seek revenge, pulling the gang back under their direction.
