This film explores the origins of the Eastern European techno revolution. Set against a backdrop of international political change, including the fall of the Berlin Wall and the collapse of the Soviet Union, it chronicles the rise of the rave scene and the golden age of techno culture. This cultural phenomenon emerged as a mass movement, largely independent from global corporations, creating its own unique system and marking the beginning of a new era.
