A lawyer working for the German government finds himself in Greece to defend against reparation claims related to Nazi crimes during World War II. While there, he encounters a survivor of the devastating Kalavryta massacre, which occurred in 1943. The encounter forces him to confront the lasting impact of the war and the human cost of historical events.
