Jason embarks on a chemically-fueled journey through Dublin, leading him into a series of chaotic and misguided situations. Amidst the nightlife, drug busts, and underground raves, he unexpectedly encounters his estranged brother, Daniel. Daniel, a former student now living as a homeless heroin addict, hasn't been in contact with Jason for years.
