A grumpy, aging doctor named Pierfrancesco works the night shift, often displaying a rough demeanor towards his patients. After a car accident with a young delivery man, Mario, both find themselves in a precarious situation—Mario’s bicycle is wrecked, and Pierfrancesco’s sciatica makes driving impossible. To save their jobs, the doctor proposes a unique solution: Mario will act as a "remotely guided" medical assistant, visiting patients while Pierfrancesco directs him via headset and handles the deliveries. Through a series of comical misadventures, they learn to rely on and support each other, ultimately leading to positive changes in their lives.
