A man who believes he is the heir to a Japanese estate arrives at his mansion, to find servants and maids playing as master and mistress while the owner is absent. As he wanders the rooms, the staff’s role‑play erodes his sense of self, turning Tenjō Sajiki’s piece into a study of hierarchy that blurs the line between character, actor and audience.
