The four friends crash at a woman's house and party through the night, thinking they can live rent-free. When morning comes, the woman kicks them out for not paying rent, leaving them stranded. Facing a lack of money, they decide they must pull a quick and risky scheme to earn cash.

Adi urges Manav to steal a painting from the house to sell to the son of the late businessman Dwiwedi. Manav mistakenly picks up a blank canvas instead of the real painting. They hawk the blank painting for Rs 20,000 to Dwiwedi, unaware of what they actually possess.

The foursome set out to retrieve the original painting to sell it to Aggarwal, unaware that Aggarwal has been murdered. Inspector Kulkarni arrests them after demanding to see the blank painting. He releases them on the highway once he learns they are innocent.

On the highway, they encounter the dying Don Bose who reveals that Rs 10 crores are hidden in the St. Sebastian garden in Goa under a big 'W'. He urges them to divide the money equally among themselves and then dies. The treasure becomes the central lure driving the plot forward.

Inspector Kabir Nayak arrives, determined to capture Bose's killers, and presses the four for information. They manage to evade him for the moment, continuing their expedition. Kabir's pursuit intensifies as he resolves to bring them to justice.

The four steal Nari's car but inadvertently strike Nari, leaving him unconscious. Roy loses control of the car in a forest, crashes into a tree, and destroys the headlights. The escape turns into a tense scramble through the woods.

The next day Kabir is transferred to Yavatmal for failing to capture Bose. In his fury, Nari confronts him and slides across photos of Boman and the car to provoke a reaction. Kabir's determination to arrest them hardens.

They encounter a broken bridge in the forest and manage to jump the car, which explodes in the process. Kabir tracks them down and the foursome escape to a nearby dhaba. There they pretend to be detectives to fool locals and lure Kabir into a trap.

At the dhaba they concoct a settlement: 60% would go to the four and 40% to Kabir. Adi insists on keeping separate shares for him and Manav, while the group consolidates for a single pot. This disagreement triggers a heated brawl that threatens their plan.

The foursome split to reach Goa, with Boman reconnecting with his father and Adi and Manav traveling with a quirky companion, Iyer, while Roy teams up with the dacoit Babu Bhai. Each group faces delays and odd detours on the road to Goa. The pursuit becomes a chaotic, comic sprint toward the treasure.

All four converge at the garden and locate the treasure beneath palm trees arranged like the letter 'W'. Kabir arrives and tries to force a division that benefits him, sparking a tense confrontation. A chaotic chase erupts as everyone fights for control of the prize.

The pursuit culminates at a charity auction where the commissioner congratulates Kabir on giving away the money for a noble cause. The treasure is redirected toward charity rather than personal gain. The four friends face the consequences of their greed and walk away with a changed perspective.
