Filmed on eight of the nation’s largest cattle ranches across ten states, this documentary offers a cinematic look at modern working cowboys. Viewers are invited to experience life alongside these individuals on sprawling ranches, some exceeding one million acres, where full crews still rely on horseback to manage vast herds of cattle. Through first-hand accounts, the film explores the authentic rewards and hardships of this celebrated, yet often misunderstood, way of life and considers the challenges facing those who provide the world's supply of beef.
