In 1990, Sega, a relatively new arcade company, launched an ambitious effort to challenge Nintendo's dominance in the video game industry. A team of unconventional individuals was assembled to take on the gaming giant in a fierce and unprecedented battle. This conflict sparked rivalries between siblings, divided kids and adults, and pitted Sonic against Mario, reflecting a clash between American entrepreneurial spirit and Japanese tradition. Featuring firsthand accounts from those who fought for both Sega and Nintendo, the documentary explores this pivotal moment that shaped a generation.
