Joe Moran is convicted for striking a colonel and sent to prison, where he meets his commander, Captain Ross. Ross persuades Moran to escape, but the plan fails, a policeman dies and others are recaptured; Moran flees alone. Years later, he runs a business and is found by Ross, a drug smuggler who kidnaps Moran’s wife and daughter for his cooperation.
