The cult makes a fateful error by murdering a woman at a bus stop, a crime witnessed by a model named Ingrid. Ingrid is left traumatized as she locks eyes with one of the cult members, a grotesquely disfigured man, marking the beginning of her entanglement with the dangerous group.

As the cult identifies Ingrid as a threat, they escalate their violence, leading to the brutal murder of her photographer and a security guard. The threat against her life becomes imminent, placing her in grave danger.
