Set against the gritty backdrop of 1980s Hong Kong, the film follows two close teenage friends as gang pressure, family expectations and the lure of street life threaten to tear them apart. It offers a provocative, unflinching look at misunderstood youth and juvenile delinquency on the city's urban streets.
