This soft‑core farce marks a shift for director Hisayasu Sato, set in a women’s clinic and feeling more like a Siggi Gotz‑style German romp than his earlier work such as OL Renzoku Rape. It follows zany misadventures involving a voyeuristic nurse, a doctor‑nurse pair who practice S&M, a hypochondriac, and a lesbian nurse who sleeps with patients.
