Blood Red Sky

Nadja, a German widow, and her son Elias arrive at the airport, ready to board their flight to New York City. Nadja is suffering from leukemia and hopes to find a doctor in New York who can provide her with life-saving treatment.

While waiting at the airport, Elias strikes up a friendship with a man named Farid. The two bond over their experiences as they await the flight, unaware of the dangers that lie ahead.

As night falls during the flight, a group of hijackers, led by Berg, murders the air marshals and sabotages the black box. They take full control of the aircraft, placing the passengers at their mercy.

In a moment of chaos, Nadja tries to hide with Elias but is discovered by the hijacker Eightball. He shoots her multiple times, and the hijackers mistakenly believe she is dead.

As Nadja lays wounded, she recalls the tragic day her husband Nikolai was killed by a vampire. In a fateful confrontation with her husband's murderer, she is bitten and transformed into a vampire herself.

With her newfound powers, Nadja accesses the plane's cargo hold, shedding her disguises. After a struggle, she kills a hijacker and feeds on him, fully embracing her vampiric nature.

Nadja and Farid unite their efforts to reclaim the plane from the hijackers. They begin to orchestrate a counterattack just as the hijackers prepare to escape through the exits.

After a series of violent encounters, the hijacker Eightball injects himself with Nadja's blood. This act transforms him into a bloodthirsty vampire who quickly begins to kill the remaining hijackers.

With fuel levels running low, Bastian warns Nadja that they need to act quickly. Nadja, seeking to save both herself and the remaining innocents, devises a plan involving explosives to eliminate the hijackers.

In a pivotal moment, Elias inadvertently finds himself holding the detonator during the chaos. Nadja, compelled to protect her son, tries to prevent him from using it as they face off against the vampires.

As Nadja is cornered by Eightball, she is drained of blood, threatening her existence. Just as he turns to Elias, Farid maneuvers the plane into the sunlight, incinerating Eightball in a furious climax.

As the plane lands at an RAF base in Scotland, chaos ensues when the authorities dismiss Elias and Farid's warnings about the vampire threat. This leads to further pandemonium as the situation spirals out of control.

Elias escapes from an ambulance to search for his mother, only to discover her indulging in a soldier's blood. Heartbroken by her transformation, he activates the detonator, devastingly ending her life and the threat of the vampires.

After the explosion, Farid emerges from custody and finds Elias, sharing a moment of grief and understanding. The camera pans away, capturing the heavy emotions of their ordeal and the cost of survival.
