Gil Blanco (Robin Padilla) lives alone with his seven‑year‑old son Niño (John Michael Reyes) after separating from his wife Rose. He drowns his frustration in alcohol, suffers blackouts, and can only recall fragmented events. One blackout awakens him to discovering the dead body of Isabel (Ella Guevara), the daughter of tenant Belen (Iza Calzado), in his trunk, which he drags to a water tank. Paranoia and confusion then consume his life.
