Bhola Shankar

In Kolkata, Alexander runs a vast trafficking syndicate with his brothers Bretlee and Charles, aided by a corrupt port official and a police informer. The network ships kidnapped girls to international buyers, fueling violence and fear. During a port raid by a CBI officer, Alexander murders him to avoid capture.

Shankar and his sister Maha move to Kolkata and begin rebuilding their lives. Shankar earns local admiration by rescuing children from an electrical accident, and he secures a taxi job with Vamsi while enrolling Maha in an arts college. The new life in the city sets the stage for their clash with Alexander’s world.

Shankar's first fare is Lasya, a struggling lawyer seeking a breakthrough. Lasya persuades him to act as a mute witness in her case, hoping to leverage his help. The plan falters when the judge overhears Shankar speaking to Maha, resulting in Lasya’s suspension from practice.

Lasya confronts Shankar, but Vamsi defends him and shields the arrangement. Later, at a club, Shankar publicly exposes Vamsi’s infidelity to his wife, triggering the downfall of Vamsi’s company. The personal and professional fallout widens the tension around Shankar.

The Kolkata DCP asks Shankar and other transport workers to report suspicious activity related to Alexander’s syndicate. Shankar identifies multiple Alexander men from a list, which leads to a raid rescuing three trafficked girls. The operation marks a tangible strike against the network.

Bretlee orders Shankar’s death, unleashing a quick, brutal confrontation. Shankar fights off Bretlee and his men, destroying their threat. He also discovers that the police informer had sent his photo to Alexander’s gang and hides the weapon in a locked drawer filled with weapons.

Shankar picks up Srikar from the airport; Srikar is Lasya’s brother and the engagement to Mahalakshmi is being arranged. Mahalakshmi initially resists, but Shankar’s urging helps the couple proceed with the marriage plans. Lasya attends the ceremony, and though she later complicates things, the event moves forward.

Charles arrives in Kolkata to trace his siblings’ deaths and uses cruise-ship footage to locate Shankar. He confronts Shankar and is killed, leaving Lasya shocked and vowing she cannot allow her brother to marry a killer’s sister. The revelation adds a personal edge to the vendetta against Shankar.

In a flashback to Hyderabad, Shankar is a ruthless thug named Bhola. After being stabbed, he is saved by Mahalakshmi and later helps defend her family when a builder threatens them. Although he initially exploits them, their gratitude after rescue moves him; he eventually rescues Mahalakshmi from Alexander’s gang, but her family is killed and she loses memory.

In the present, Shankar confides to Lasya that his purpose in Kolkata is to eliminate Alexander and his gang. He agrees to Mahalakshmi’s marriage as a safeguard for her if he is killed. Lasya vows to proceed with the wedding despite the danger surrounding them.

Alexander comes to Kolkata seeking vengeance for his brothers. He kills a port officer who refuses to help him and uses a police informer to locate Shankar. Mahalakshmi sketches Shankar’s face to mislead him, but Shankar is saved from the immediate threat.

During a shopping trip, Alexander taunts Shankar with the threat of kidnapping Mahalakshmi. Mahalakshmi goes missing and Shankar follows to Alexander’s warehouse, where a setup tries to convince him she is dead. She is alive, and her memories begin to return, strengthening their resolve.

Mahalakshmi’s memory returns and she helps locate and rescue her; a final confrontation unfolds at the port. Shankar defeats Alexander’s men and kills Alexander with a trident, fulfilling his long quest for revenge.

The DCP announces that Alexander’s syndicate has been exposed and all trafficked girls have been safely returned home. The city begins rebuilding as justice is served and families are reunited. The film closes with the implication of lasting peace after the relentless struggle.
