During the harsh winter in Belgium, Lieutenant Cappa and his platoon are tasked with guarding a critical field hospital, essential for supplying the Allied forces. As they maintain watch, they grow suspicious of a group of American MPs. Their unusual accents and behavior suggest a hidden agenda, and the soldiers must uncover the truth before it compromises the hospital and jeopardizes the war effort.
