The film begins with Stephanie Smothers under house arrest in Capri. She addresses her YouTube audience, recounting her past experiences that led to her current situation.

After exposing Emily Nelson for the murder of her father and sister, Stephanie launches a successful true crime vlog named 'A Pinch of Murder'. Additionally, she publishes a book titled 'The Faceless Blonde' detailing her traumatic experience.

Stephanie drops her son Miles off at summer camp, accompanied by her friend Darren and Darren's daughter. Miles expresses embarrassment over the public attention Stephanie has received due to her investigations.

During a book signing event with her assistant Vicky, Stephanie receives unexpected news from Detective Ben Summerville. As she begins reading from her book, Emily crashes the event, taunting Stephanie.

Emily invites Stephanie to her wedding in Capri, insisting she will sue Stephanie if she doesn’t attend. Reluctantly, Stephanie agrees, knowing she has little choice in the matter.

Stephanie and Vicky arrive in Capri, where they meet Emily and her ex-husband Sean, who is bitter and drunk. Tensions rise as a mob connection starts to become apparent.

After confronting Sean about his behavior, Stephanie later finds his lifeless body in the shower, drawn by the sound of Nicky knocking on the door. His death raises suspicions, particularly towards Emily.

While trying to follow Emily for clues about Sean’s death, Stephanie unexpectedly encounters FBI Agent Irene Walker. They share information regarding the suspicious activities surrounding Emily's family.

During Emily's wedding, Stephanie publicly hints at Emily's involvement in Sean's murder during her toast. Later, chaos erupts as someone shoots Dante, leading to an explosive scene.

Following the chaos, Stephanie finds herself under house arrest. She later receives troubling news about her son Miles, who has been expelled from camp for a reckless joyride.

Stephanie is visited by Charity, the McLanden triplet presumed dead. Charity's actions lead to an alarming scene where Stephanie is framed for violence against her.

Margaret reveals to Stephanie that Charity is alive and was raised by Linda as her own child. This shocking revelation sends Stephanie into a frenzy of trying to clear her name.

In a dramatic climax, Stephanie and Emily confront Linda, who holds Nicky hostage. Charity ultimately turns against Linda and saves everyone, pushing her off a cliff.

With her name cleared, Stephanie returns home and begins writing her next book. She receives a call from Emily, asking her to take care of Nicky until she can return.

Emily visits Portia, revealing the truth about her marriage to Dante. Portia hints at future plans, suggesting Emily's complicated tie to the Versano family remains unresolved.
