Based on true accounts, the film follows the tense hours before and during Argentina’s 1982 invasion of the Falkland Islands. As Argentine troops land on the main island and advance toward Government House, a small group of British defenders scrambles to protect Governor Rex Hunt, his family and fellow islanders from the invading forces.
