The documentary satirically examines Western aid to Africa, from early food, Bibles and penicillin to concerts, grain shipments, and, in the 1990s, celebrity adoptions. Highlighting cases like Angelina, Madonna and Pauly Shore, it probes the controversy and cultural clash surrounding “celebrity adoptions,” often with politically incorrect humor.
