He becomes distracted by memories of his father and worries about an impending incident, yet nothing truly dangerous materializes. During the interview, Surya ends up insulting the music director and is disparaged in return by his manager, who happens to be a friend of his father. The manager bluntly tells him that his stubborn dedication to music helped seal his father’s fate, planting the seed of guilt that haunts Surya.

Meanwhile, at home, Vennela faces her own crisis: the groom and his family arrive to seal a marriage she does not want. She tries to cancel the arrangement to pursue her dreams, but the groom’s family insists, and her father pushes her toward matrimony as she struggles to clear entrance exams she has failed for two years. She promises her father she will pass this time, only to fail the mock test again. The pressure from both sides pushes them toward despair, and both of them consider suicide as an escape.

In a moment of desperation, Surya messages someone about his plan, which somehow lands in Vennela’s hands. The two exchange a furious, confusing exchange—how could the other person be sending messages to their own number? Surya abruptly aborts the suicide plan, and his friend arrives to pull him back from the edge. At the same time, Vennela learns that her grandmother has suffered a heart attack, adding to the chaos. The two characters strike an unusual pact: they become friends under the condition that they must not meet in person.

A turning point arrives when Vennela confronts a cheated friend who had been scammed by an online lover asking for money. She agrees to meet Surya at the clock tower, and he agrees to meet her there as well. The meeting spot becomes a symbolic stage for their cross-time connection: Surya’s world is windy and crowded, while Vennela’s is sunny and calm. Surya explains the strange mismatch of their worlds, but she struggles to grasp the idea of timelines. An umbrella from a passing child and a phone call later, the reality becomes clearer: Surya exists in 2019 while Vennela exists in 2014. The news broadcasts even confirm that separate Telangana was announced on February 18, 2014, while Vennela insists the date is February 14, 2014. The two realize they are living in different eras.

As the realization sinks in, Vennela suspects Surya may have deceived her, but she is startled to discover that the very moment they connect is the moment history confirms their cross-time bond. She marks a bench with inscriptions that both timelines can read, and they attempt to meet across the divide, guided by her grandmother’s advice. The attempts fail, but a deep friendship forms, built on shared dreams and silence.

The emotional arc deepens when Vennela confesses her feelings through a clumsy, mixed signal at a time when Surya reveals his own heartbreak: he believes he has never loved anyone and that rejection in the past shaped him. Meanwhile, another marriage proposal arrives for Vennela, and she rejects it with fire, even as Surya, in a twist, appears as the unknown suitor. The two are pulled into a new round of confession, guilt, and truth-telling as they navigate their feelings and the consequences of their time-warped connection.

As the plot advances, Vennela finally passes the entrance exam, ranking All India 87, with the help of shortcuts learned in 2019 that help her in 2014. Her father is impressed, but she wrestles with the guilt of borrowing time-based help. Surya, meanwhile, commemorates his father’s death anniversary and receives calls from Vennela in 2014. He guides the 2014 version of himself to reach Vennela and, in a crucial turn, helps prevent a kidnapping that would have separated them forever. Vennela’s phone is lost in the chaos, complicating their ability to connect, and natural forces keep the two apart.

In a dramatic sequence, Surya in 2014 learns of Vennela’s fate and uses the clues from his 2019 self to chase her down. He locates her through her father’s belongings and, by tracing the last number that called her, reaches out across time. The 2019 version of Surya answers, confirming the crossing of timelines, and urges his younger self to save her. Yet the scheduled car accident still looms large for Vennela. She nearly dies, but, in a final moment of fate, Surya and Vennela meet on the clock tower’s edge, embrace, and acknowledge that their journeys were shaped by nature’s hand and their own perseverance. She reveals that she had always been near him—ordering his meals, sharing umbrellas, waiting for the moment her lost phone would reconnect them—and that their reunion comes only after each of them has completed their goals.

Together, they understand that their intertwined destinies were guided by forces beyond their control, and they choose to face the future side by side, grateful for the improbable bridge that time created between them.
