In 1948, a group of Jewish American pilots undertook a covert mission, smuggling planes from the United States and training in secret behind the Iron Curtain. Their risky endeavor was to support Israel's fight for independence. The pilots' actions significantly impacted the conflict and led to journeys of personal growth, as they explored their identities and heritage against the backdrop of a pivotal moment in history.
