Seventeen‑year‑old Mugi Awaya and Hanabi Yasuraoka appear the perfect high‑school couple, yet only they know the secret: each is hopelessly in love with a different teacher—Mugi with his former tutor Akane Minagawa, Hanabi with a family‑friend teacher. They stay together to soothe the loneliness of their unrequited crushes, sharing intimacy as a refuge. The story asks whether this fragile arrangement can ever change.
