Jake, a young filmmaker recovering from a drug overdose, teams up with his friends Dave and Donald—brothers who also make movies—and Donald’s girlfriend to shoot a short film in a remote hill‑tribe village. They rent a house where the landlord forbids them from entering the late daughter Byens’s bedroom, and that night they begin to sense unsettling, supernatural events within the home.
