Deep in the Saharan Desert, a U.S. Special Forces team, ODA 3212, suffers a devastating ambush, resulting in multiple casualties and leaving survivors stranded. Years later, a Pentagon report ignites controversy, alleging the team went rogue while targeting an ISIS commander. A lengthy investigation, featuring interviews with whistleblowers, military personnel, and grieving families, reveals unsettling truths and exposes a potential cover-up designed to shield high-ranking officers and deflect blame from those in service.
