Professor Jake Northrop inadvertently creates a deadly bacteria that transforms people into flesh-eating monsters. These aren't typical zombies; some are surprisingly fast and intelligent, posing a significant threat. Alongside Bill Santini, a resourceful homeless veteran, and a few other survivors, the professor must navigate a terrifying outbreak in Center City, desperately seeking a cure and a way to escape the spreading zombie plague.
