In 2017, Petter, a 24-year-old, attempts suicide but is intervened by the police. His friend Sverre, also a film student, proposes making a documentary to help Petter confront his struggles. Armed with a camera, they explore Oslo, interviewing individuals facing various challenges. Their journey introduces them to Monica, struggling with self-harm; Oliver and Cornelia, battling addiction; Emma, a proud transsexual lesbian; and Miriam, who becomes Petter’s girlfriend. Through these encounters, Petter gains insight into his own destructive patterns and begins a path toward healing and hope.
